Show production per column, not only per provider

Showing production per column at the top of the column regardless of which provider is assigned to the patient. Separate from the total day's production

Assignment of Benefits

It would be beneficial for offices going out-of-network with dental insurances to be able to remove the check on Assignment of Benefits on all patients so it doesn't have to be done manually, one patient at a time.

Report: number of patients under ea. insurance

We would like a report showing the number of patients on each insurance plan, ie. Cigna 600, Delta 875, etc. Support is saying there is no such report.

View the day amount in each column

In the Appointment Book it would easier to schedule to goal for each doctor if the scheduled amount is above each column next to the operatory name. This feature could be turned on or off in the View drop down menu for F1 / F2 etc.

New Health History's at top of Health History note, instead of going to bottom.

Right now every time the Health History is updated it goes to the bottom of the list and you have to scroll through ALL previous ones to find the most recent.
