2024 ADA Claim Form Line 36a

I noticed that the new claim format is uploaded however there is nowhere to add the information for claim line 36a (SRP history)

Family file phone extension

Can you make the phone extension visible when I open the family file? I can only see the extension if I go in to edit the phone number. Seems like a simple fix :-)

Texts keep going offline

Our texting keeps saying "Offline" often. Is this a known issue? Hopefully it can get taken care of soon. And please don't tell us it's a "problem w/ OUR system." That one's old...lol

Send mass emails to patients

There should be a way to easily send a mass email to all patients in patient engage besides using the campaigns. The same goes with texts. This is currently not an option.
