Only in the Family file is it that we need to update the medical history and address etc. We should have a complete way to stop making the appointment unless this is done initially by the staff or sent out to the patient so it can be done in waiting room NOT IN THE TREATMENT ROOM. This does not happen in Medical offices. When is Dentrix going to be Medically Compliant because we are held to that standard.
