Entry tracking

Need a report or at least a screen to view all entries, edits, deletes, new appointment, changed appointments, notes made, etc. - by day, by user with time and patient associated. Should show every entry made into the system.

Add the date of last SRP to box 39A of 2024 claim form, not perio maintenance.

Delta Dental of MO requires the date of SRP, not D4910. The form clearly states, "Date Last SRP" Not date of any perio service.

More characters in text messages for reminders.

We are new to using Dentrix Hub for text message reminders. Our previous platform allowed more characters for text message reminders. We are having lots of no shows since the information we usually provide is so limited. Very frustrating!

Allow the displays to support larger fonts or to magnify screen display

Some of us users are over 40 and the font used is so small I have developed eye strain from trying to view the screen. When I search how to make the fonts larger or increase the display size, I find that this is not a feature of Dentrix.
