Ledger+History view only, never just Ledger

It would be lovely if the Ledger view was always and forever the Ledger+History view only and never just Ledger. I cannot think of a purpose to ever have the --- Patient Balance Forward --- view.

Changing provider automatically when it's moved to a different column

So much quicker to move appointments between providers if someone is out or someone cancels. Make each column assigned to a provider and have the appointment autochange to that provider when in that column.

VERIFY SECONDAY INSURANCE PLANS

There needs to be a way eligibility essentials verify's secondary and even 3rd insurance plans. I know there isn't a way to enter 3d insurance plans, which is also an issue,but there needs to be a way to verify secondary plans.

Add Birthday (Date of Birth) option to "New Patient" in Appointment Book so that we can identify the patients by their birthday prior to create the family file.
