Allow Logged-in User to be Default Selection for All Clinical Notes

Many notes inadvertently get put under the wrong provider. This would be a significant QOL improvement. Thanks!

Make an Imaging Software launcher button in Appointment Module just like there is in the Patient Chart

Doctors and staff would like the same button you use to launch imaging software in the Patient Chart as well as in the Appointment moduel to reduce clicking.

Open a closed op for a day

Why is is so difficult to change an op to open on a day when it is regulary closed? Should be as easy as closing it for the day... there should be an option to Open Op on This Day.

Since the update we are now given the option when rescheduling to leave the appointment on the schedule and also moving to the pinboard or just moving the appointment to the pinboard. We do not want an option- leaves room for mistakes if it is not...
