Prevent Multicodes from being able to set complete twice

Prevent Multi-codes from being able to set complete twice. It creates fraudulant billing. Errors are being made by having the ability to set things complete a second time and that should not be allowed.

Missing notes in signature manager

Hi! When I filter the notes to show on unsigned notes, there are many notes marked as missing. It would be great if that filter could be refined to not show notes that are missing and only the ones that need to be signed.

Billing via text messaging and/or email in the core software and no module add on needed

This is 2023 core software should have the ability to send a statement or ledger to a patient via text or email and not require an additional module subscription to do. Shouldn't have to pay extra for this.

Preventive services not applied to insurance maximums

As of January 2022 some insurance companies are not applying some preventive services toward calendar year maximums. Right now on Dentrix there is not a way to do this. Maybe there needs to be an option in the insurance
