Custom note- patient alert

In Practice SetUp/Custom Notes, allow templates for PATIENT ALERT to preset " This patient alert should be displayed in the following areas". So to prevent needing to select displayed area for each alert.

How to find a patients pop-up that may or may not have been deleted?

I have a hygienist that is under the assumption that a staff member here at our office deleted a pop-up for her patient. The pop-up is requesting her at all cleanings. Any others curious about this, please vote!!!

Updating fees for a treatment plan by case

Restore function of creating secondary claims with attachments automatically copied from primary claim.

We upgraded from G4 to G7.3 and Dentrix no longer creates secondary claims automatically with the same attachments attached to the primary claim. Dentrix randomly picks what it thinks the secondary claim needs, which results in wrong documentation...

please make the appt tx provider what posts to the ledger

Before the latest update a few weeks ago the clickable box within the appt setup drop down that states to use tx provider on appt by default would set the appt to the rendering provider. It no longer does this. How do we fix this?
