only show one treatment plan at a time on the charting

When giving patient different options, it would be helpful to only show each treatment plan on the chart seperately especially when putting together a presentation together.

Need a report that would print production for a specific insurance company to determine if we want to drop them.

That way we could determine if we wanted to continue being providers for that company. Also would give us a idea of who we would like to target for getting new patients.
