Allow me to triple book the Dr.
We like to triple book with appointments that overlap ten minutes so we can seat the patient and they can be ready for the Dr. Dentrix will only allow us to double book. Remove this feature and let us book our patients as we deem necessary.

There should be a way to search an individual patient's history, eg. claims sent or deleted, payments entered or deleted, adjustments made or deleted.

There should be some way to flag people who are due for form updates
Some forms expire 3-6-12 months after they are filled out. There should be a flag or notes that come up when they are scheduled to let you know they are due to update those forms
