I need to add Southlands payor Id to the payor Id list because I need to set up insurance claim requirements for that ins company. Ex: I had Covid last week and was absent so another employee had to batch and send claims in. She is not as familiar with what all needs to be attached to a claim when sending in. She missed attaching an x-ray to the claim. It did not give her an error message telling her an x-ray was required for that procedure code. When I tried to set that up (which would have been easy) I couldn't because the Southland Benefit Solutions is not set up in the payor ID list.
