CLAIMS! Go back to NEA attachments VS the new CHC
Converting from NEA to CHC has caused many glitches and delays in claims processing for all of our offices. Many of the insurance carriers are not receiving the attachments sent with electronic claims now that they are CHC. Please revert back to NEA!

Allow notes to be added or adjustment types modified on patient payments or adjustments after the month has been closed out.
Useful for front office to track/read balances or credits when billing can go back and add or correct notes and adj types when needed.

Let me type more characters into the billing statement notes
Clearer, better, lengthier explanations of patient balances get paid faster. All practices would benefit from this.

Ability to disable box on patient alert that says "Do not show this alert again today" through out all workstations
One staff members habits of checking alert box .... prevents all staff members in all workstations from seeing VERY IMPORTANT ALERTS POPPING UP!!! NOT GOOD
