Have the ability to have different categories in the time clock to separate Holiday hours, Vacation hours and regular hours worked

This would be very helpful when tracking who has used what and to verify they were paid for holidays and vacation.

Additional option for Treatment Plan

It would be nice to have the option to select "Postpone or Delay" in the treatment case.....this would be helpful when a patient hasn't totally accepted or rejected the tx. but rather just wants to delay for whatever reason.

closing claims for the year

when obtaining a pre-owned office, create a button for claims over 2yrs or 5 yrs to close the claims from the office before them that cannot collect payments due to the time sensitive claim summation.

We can alert the patient earlier. Many automated portals have this capability

Create 64-bit Dentrix Installers

We have an office that has more than 30 workstations. Our server has 8 cores and 32GBs of RAM but we can't utilize everything because Dentrix is still a 32-bit program. Even though it's compatible to run on 64-bit there are limits to the program. ...

Be able to post a take back or refund the same way as payments.

When insurances take back money the only way to show that is to put in a charge adjustment. Same with patient refunds.
