Display outstanding balance on appointment so it is obvious that $$ needs to be collected w/out having to view ledger.

linking lab case manager to appointments so that it will finish it in lab case manager when the appointment is completed
Everyone will benefit from this option; lab case manager will be kept up to date as the cases will be finished when the delivery appointment in dentrix is completed; you will only have to go in and archive it

Date of service on statement of services rendered
It would be very helpful if the date of service was on the statement of services rendered. Flex plans require this & we are having to type it on them.

Payment agreements for specific patient, not whole family

Change appointment color by procedure code
Ability to change appointment color for appointment type, not just provider. For example, an appointment with attached procedure of IV Sedation could be a different color.

The patient status/sex should not default to male, rather it should make you select one.
In the family file window, there should not be a default to "male" because if it gets overlooked then it can be upsetting to someone whose status is incorrect. This is not a field there should be a default setting on!

Change ID for staff members
It would be nice if there was a way to change the 'ID' for staff members other than providers. It would be nice to have an ID closer to employee names rather than just random letters/numbers
