I called customer service - CSR Jason, Case# 03269037- and was told that the report that will show the names of the patients is not currently available in Dentrix. It is limited to getting us the Practice Analysis report that will filter the provider, date range, procedure code and patient summary (which shows the quantity only) but not the specific patient names.
