Ledger button on the Appointment Information screen

Adding a button or making the buttons customizable on the appointment information screen would help streamline getting around the software.

Last date for certain procedures

Added a section in the dental insurance table where we can enter when their last pano/fmx/cleanings/fluoride was so its a quick glance against what insurance will cover. Makes it so we dont have to go to a million screens.

Medicines and Medical Condition space is EXTREMELY limited, too few characters

Many conditions and medications are too many characters to even fit in the space provided. Why have such a small limit?? Storage space is no longer a problem, and it is such a short string, it is annoying
