opting out a patient from receiving reviews
Every so often we have a patient who is not happy with us. I would like to be able to opt them out of receiving a review w/o opting them out of all communications. With past patient communications we were able to do so.

Modify signed documents!
I understand not being able to delete signed documents (although there should be a way to, as an administrator), but you should be able to modify it, and at least leave a note that it was signed as a document

CHANGE THE LENGTH OF SPACE FOR PATIENTS WITH LEGAL LONG LAST NAMES
INSURANCE COMPANY'S ARE STARTING TO REJECT EDI CLAIMS DUE TO NOT HAVING THE PATIENTS FULL LAST NAME DUE TO NOT ENOUGH SPACE. DENTRIX NEEDS TO FIX THIS ASAP!

Insurance Plan production per visit
This would be a great report to run to determine if a plan is a guality plan for the practice, ie the value per visit to help determine which plans to drop.

Allow us to save screenshots or photos of group plan benefits in the Insurance Plan Notes section of the Benefits/Coverage tab so that it can be pulled up for any group rather than only in an individual's doc center.

Scheduler no longer refreshed by itself
We change the patient status to let staff know when a patient has arrived. The scheduler lost it's prior feature of refreshing itself after a recent update to the program

automatically save the EOB or ins. acknowledge to Document Centre after sending claim electronically
we always have to scan back in the results after sending the claim. Either it's the the EOB or Ins. Acknowledge page that prints out. If the printer suddenly doesn't work then I don't even get the EOB right away.
