We have many patients/families with the same group insurance plan, thus having the same benefits available to them. I would like to be able to screenshot the benefits and add them right into the Insurance Plan Notes section of the Benefits/Coverage tab so that we can quickly see benefits for that group rather than having to save it to each individual's doc center. Several of the insurance companies that these patients use do not participate in the eligibility verification portion of websync so if the patient only had to show proof of the group they are part of, we'd already have a detailed explanation of their benefits.
