Customizable text for Hotlist
As of right now we are unable to customize the text that goes out to patients. This is a big issue in our practice as we have different types of appointments and the message does not send that message across.

[Patient Engage] We would like New Patients (NP) in the schedule to be told an earlier time for Paperwork.
DentrixHub competitors have a feature that sends a text reminders of upcoming appointments to the patients; it will identify the New Patients (NP-) and they would get a text reminder to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment for paperwork.

Email options instead of print
Email anything: statement, walkout, treatment planner, etc. Have this ability without going to the document center.

Auto add a narrative to claim box 35 for procedure codes that always need a narrative like Nitrous or Occlusal Guards

Deceased Patient Status
Currently the only option is to put the person as "non-patient" and read notes that they have passed away, or archive the patient which technically you can not do until 7 years after their last visit. It would be nice to actually have options for ...

When I am searching for a patient, and there are 2 with the same name, the active one should be listed first. But the inactive one is always listed first.

Have "walkouts" print with the current patient, not the "head-of-household"
It's 2019...there is no "head of household" anymore....we all wear the pants! Have the option of keeping one of the parents names on the receipt for children.

Add Root Planing History in Claim Information as shown on new 2024 ADA claim form
