Questionnaire-Additional flexibility for website forms

It would be helpful to be able to have 2 classifications on the website. One for New Patient forms and one for exisiting patient forms. Even with the Portal or Kiosk options patients get confused.

Multiple Payment Agreements in a family

A way to attach multiple cards to a single payment agreement. EX - Orthodontic treatment and we have a monthly payment of 30 for Parent 1, 40 for Parent 2, and have these run the same without having to manually run each card from the ledger.
