Ledger Note

I would like to have the ability to put an account note directly on the ledger. Example: note regarding patient balance and/or payment arrangement.

Would really love for you to get rid of all the "batched" lines and put something that actually means something to us and is helpful. We have to constantly manually record this info or look it up when insurance needs it. The "sent" is okay, though...

Text more then just active patients

Why can we only text current active patients, what if an old inactive patient reaches out, what if a mom or dad or husband or wife or another office we work with reaches out?

Frequency maintenance in the ledger

Make it easier for offices to track when procedures will not be covered. Possibly add another section to the coverage table where we can input the policy's frequencies, then cross-reference the history/make the procedure another color in the ledge...

when posting adjustments in the ledger, allow the user to "hide" inactive providers, so that the drop down list of providers is much shorter and easier to find. Just like when posting a payment.

We have 41 inactive providers and 5 active providers. The list to post adjustments is very time consuming to "find" the appropriate provider. It would be much quicker in our situation on a day-to-day basis, to only need to see 5 providers. But jus...
