please make the appt tx provider what posts to the ledger

Before the latest update a few weeks ago the clickable box within the appt setup drop down that states to use tx provider on appt by default would set the appt to the rendering provider. It no longer does this. How do we fix this?

Report: number of patients under ea. insurance

We would like a report showing the number of patients on each insurance plan, ie. Cigna 600, Delta 875, etc. Support is saying there is no such report.

The order of the procedures in the claim should be reflected by their order in the patient ledger. For some institutions, such as Medicaid, the order they appear on the claim can cause it to be denied. So the order on the claim should reflect the ledger and not just numerical order
