Assign a Default provider to a specific procedure, so that every time the specific procedure is posted a default provider will be assigned to the procedure automatically.

When entering a patient insurance payment, there should be a place where you can make a note as to the patient's co-insurance amnt due.

This would be useful for anyone looking at a particular claim, to see what the EOB states the patient's co-insurance is regarding that particular DOS.

When you are searching for a patient, I like the idea of only searching through active patients. There is already a box for "Include Archived Patients", there could be another line/box for "Include Inactive Patients".

Post an insurance credit card payment directly from the patient insurance claim instead of having to go to dentrix pay to process.

If you could post a virtual credit card payment to the insurance eob when a patient calls you can see right away what the payment was for and which claim it was for. It would make it alot easier for staff to inform the patient and you would be abl...
