Aging per Provider

I think I wrote this in once before. I need a report that gives us the total owed to any one provider. Not necessarily the 'primary provider' from the family file. We have multiple providers and sometimes they see each others patients.

Easier way to attached Covid 19 questionnaire

Covid 19 concent form is need to be sign. For now we have to print out answers and sign by regular paper, scan it and add digital folder. To do it with the Epad takes even longer. Any better ideas how to minimize time and afford in paperless practice
