When a patient fills out any questionnaire and the answer is "yes or no", there should be a difference in color for the "yes" answers when it is submitted to the office. This is to help differentiate when reading a long list of questions. Black and white is hard to distinguish and answers can sometimes get lost. Having it a bold red will ensure providers pay attention and human error is less likely to occur.
