When a patient is referred and the person who sent them is archived, we have to leave the patient file to go re-activate the archived referral source, then go back to the patient, put the referral on, then go back and re-archive the source. We have a listing titled "archived pt" but we'd really like to put the patient name as the referral. Thank you!

This is a great idea! It's so annoying not to be able to work smoothly because of all these "catches" in the system. Or when a patient is never returning but asks for records a year later? Same thing. We have to unarchive them to access their record and then re-archive them afterward. It wastes so much time!
