inactive/archived patient report that allows date ranges

When tracking attrition, it helps if you can set date parameters for inactive patient reports or at least be able to export the data so that it can be sorted. The ability to export the current inactive report would work fine too.

Would like a Template button added (similar to Clinical Notes) to Procedure Code Notes setup that would allow the user to select predefined notes, for each provider, to be attached to procedures automatically.

Option to print or email patient walkout

We would not waste paper. It is a lot less step to do a direct email then to print. scan, email.

When doing a treatment plan for the following year would be helpful to show that they will have all of the annual maximum available to show what the copay will be

Additional Office Journal entry types

Our office does a lot of text messaging with patient's regarding billing, statements, past due balances, confirmations as well as follow up messages. It would be nice to categorize these as a TEXT, as well as FOLLOW UP.
