Simplify windows, combine family file with ledger.

It is silly that you cannot tell the patients insurance or subscriber from the ledger screen. The family file is a wasted screen and could just be built into the ledger keeping the option to toggle between family members.

Medicaid INS highlighted in red when close to 90 days unpaid

Medicaid only allows 90 days to submit a claim after the DOS it would be nice to have a green, yellow, red highlight on claims in the claims manager that are getting close to being to late to submit when we haven't received anything.
