Unnecessary documents in the document center should be able to remove/empty the entire folder if you need to instead of clicking on each document. These take up space on the data base and in the past many things were being scanned into a file and now this processes is no longer necessary so these folders should be purged. I have hundreds of files and right now I have to click on each one to delete them.
Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.
I really like this idea. Our data base is getting so large that we need to purge anything over 7 years old and clear out old stuff.
Or to have a default that allows certain documents to delete after a certain amount of time, ie 2years. Could be done in the Task Scheduler?
