create a pop up for when medical history is due. Dr wants annual up dates and everyone has different times

it would be useful for the front desk to make sure medical history is being done annually. VERY important we do not miss this information. office gets busy and reminders are needed .

Allow customizing where deductibles get applied

we are having problems with the treatment planner applying the deductible to only the procedure with the highest amount. Some insurance apply deductible to the smallest amount procedure and there is no way to make adjustments in the treatment plan...

While printing out a daysheet you should be able to eliminate inactive provders.

As providers leave, retire or move on you can be left with a long list of inactive providers, making the daysheet several pages long and mostly empty. This is a repetitive waste of ink and paper and time.

Adding other merchants to powerpay

We are now using Merchant One instead of WorldPay due to the cost being lower and would benefit from adding our terminals to powerpay. It would create a lot more work for us to manually enter payments.
