zero payment posting to incorrect provider needs to be fixed

This is a ridiculous "working as it should" feature. It is now a common practice for a dentist office to use a group NPI for billing and pay to and the rendering be a an individual NPI. It should not take 5 steps to enter a $0 payment to the right...

Duplication of appointments - often a patient has a hygiene appointment scheduled, but also has one or more hygiene appointments on the unscheduled list. There needs to be a simple way to find this situation in a report form, so that unneeded appointments can easily be seen and deleted. It would also be helpful when the pop up comes up that says there's an unscheduled appointment, that it would indicate what that unscheduled appointment is ie: doctor or hygiene

Link Batched Insurance Credit Card payment to deposit slip

When you add a virtual CC through a batch insurance payment. You have to run the deposit slip for all payment for them to show up. I would like to run it with credit card payments only.
