when treatment is rejected it would be nice to show in pt chart color coded as black

visually it would help to know what treatment has been rejected

Add the musical note icon for insurance to the appointment along with the medical.

I have to look at insurance notes as far as 2 cleanings in 1 yr. This would be a huge time saver

Credit Card Icon changes color when a card number is on file

A quick glance would let me know if a card is on file allowing me to quickly identify which accounts I can automatically post payment to without having to take additional steps to identify which accounts have a saved card.
