Original Claim Number and NEA automatically placed in "Claim Status Notes"
Would really love for you to get rid of all the "batched" lines and put something that actually means something to us and is helpful. We have to constantly manually record this info or look it up when insurance needs it. The "sent" is okay, though...

when you print/send a statement for a patient that it makes a copy of what you printed/sent to the patient so that you can refer to it when they call and ask a question about it.

When a procedure is INVALIDATED, make the entry in the ledger more obvious
When you look at a patient's ledger, it is difficult to see the invalidated procedures (shows as a small +). Can we make invalidated procedures a different shade so it stands out a bit more?

Why can we only text current active patients, what if an old inactive patient reaches out, what if a mom or dad or husband or wife or another office we work with reaches out?

Need to enlarge font on the ledger screen.
The doctor purchased a new computer, however the font on ledger screen did not remain the larger text as the past one. It would add in viewing the history of the patient.

Copy and Paste option
Please add the copy/paste option for texting. This is a huge inconvenience when we want to send multiple patients a message. We should NOT have to make a template for everything!!!
