date range in the archived patient list
I would like a date range so that I can track it each month. I do not want to create my own custom list for this. Just add it to the archived patient list that is already there.

Alert if patient is late for appointment
If a patient has not checked in for their appointment, have an alert pop up so busy staff don't miss calling to check where the patient is and if they're still able to attend the appointment

When confirming appts, use Y or N
The patient is able to either confirm or cancel their appt with one text. This will not reschedule the appt, but gives the office more notice of open appt they can fill.

Please have more character options added to text options. We currently only have a limit of 50 characters and that is never enough so we end up sending messages in 3-4 texts per patient. Major inconvenience.

Delete preauthorizations when procedure completed
Delete preauthorizations when procedure completed so the old authorizations are not sitting in treatment ledger after treatment is already done.

Appointment Book - DENTIST PROVIDERS AT A GLANCE IN HYG!
It would be nice to have multi-color appointments in HYGIENE! The main color = Hygiene Provider 2nd color = Regular Dental Provider (this can show the dentist at a glance the daily recalls and would work well in multi-provider clinics).

Many of our study club members want to remove outdated inactive records as a batch (not 1 by 1). Cyber policies recommend it. WHY can we not remove records older than 7 years and /or inactive patients as a batch?
Cyber insurance policies require us to contact all patients in our data base and PAY for monitoring should a breach occur. I would have to prove I tried to track down every patient in our Dentrix data base! I have hundreds if not thousands of inac...

Manager Doc center not accessible to all staff
Is there a way we can make "private" or by management in doc center. Or able to make password protected in doc center in the STAFF doc center to be able to be accessed only by management or anyone who has manager access

update preset appts to current year for learning edition
all preset appointments are set to 2023, the date in the appointment book displays current, so you aren't able to see any appointments
