New Patient Forms DOB should allow you to put dashes in and accept any form of numbers. We have patients that are unable to submit forms because they put dashes in or wrong amount of numbers causing people to not want to do paperwork.

Everyone that uses the forms would benefit from this because it has been such an issue and I am sure we are not the only practice that has had an issue with it

Questionnaire and how they are listed on account

My staff is having a difficult time quickly moving through the questionaires on G7. Instead of the expired being on the top, it would be easier to have the completed on top. Have the expired forms “drop off” instead of “move up”.

Expand field for adding phone numbers

Some phone numbers require dialing a "1" then the number. Currently unable to add the additional digit. Frustrating & wastes time having to constantly redial a patient's phone number.

More Phone Number options to Collections Manager

Add other phone number column display options to Collections Manager. It currently offers Home Phone and Work Phone. Add Mobile Phone, Fax, and Other as options.

No warning for attachments on claim submission if pre-authorization completed

It would be great that if we have sent a pre-authorization with attachments and the procedure was approved the warning when sending claims would go away or we would be notified that we had already sent attachments to the insurance.
