Individual links for specific forms to send to specific patients

I want to be able to send a link for a specific form/questionnaire to a specific patient. What is the purpose of being able to make a questionnaire if I cannot send it to a specific patient? I also want to be able to send the med hx update form in...

A receipt gets emailed to the office when a patient pays their statement via email

When a patient pays their statement via email they get a receipt emailed to them. The office should receive an email as well with this receipt just in case a websync fails and the patient's payment does not get posted right away.

Editing questionnaire templates

I'm surprised it's not possible to edit the questionnaire templates used to build patient forms. I would like to be able to change the verbiage used, eliminate parts of templated sections, and include If/then functions for long lists of questions....

Questionnaire-Give option to have mobile phone be a required field.

Currently it defaults to home phone number without the ability to ask for mobile.

Dont require Home Number in Questionnaires

As long as the patient provide a phone number, the home number should not be listed as a required* field.
