The forgot password link for the portal not working
patients who forget their password get an email without a link to reset. the office needs to reset from inside the hub and we're not here 24/7....this needs to be fixed promptly!

Patient Engage - simplify the patient choices to subscribe/unsubscribe
too many choices and for offices that are NOT doing birthday etc and just email and text of appointment the choices should just be text on/off, email on/off, voice on/off

Practice being able to modify and customize the Welcome letter!!!
We are very unhappy with the fact this cannot be modified. I feel this puts worrds in our mouth and not approved vanacular we would not use. And we are unable to choose the times for this to be sent.

Schedule update to show columns versus a list
Right now the schedule shows as a list of patients, is there a way to get a schedule on the app/on PE live with columns? The way it reflects in Dentrix would be great.

Allow just one reminder for the earliest appointment for a patient on dentrix hub rather than a reminder for each appointment.
Sometimes patients are scheduled for multiple appointments throughout the day, and are bombarded and get confused by having all their appointment times sent. This would only send them the earliest appointment so they would show up for that.
