when patients have any special characters in their name it is not finding the patient. We are trying to go paperless as much as possible and if we can't get the patient to login they can't fill out forms. This should be a priority to allow however the name is in dentrix we can check the patient in.
Yes! We would like to be able to set pt login specificity- so they can log into Kiosk without having to exactly match out records ( ie. middle initial, prefix, etc) even if a period or space is in incorrect spot- it does not find them
