Delete more than one 2 way text at a time

It is very time consuming to individually delete each text. Especially when we receive the text notifications about appointment reminders.

Integrate ASAP List to Patient Engage Hot List

It would be extremely helpful it you could integrate the asap list into the Hot List on patient engage. OR select patients from the ASAP list to add to patient engage hot list.

Take Picture of Insurance Card in NP Form(Questionnaire)

This would make it so easy for NP registration if the new patient can just take a picture of their insurance card instead of typing it in. Lots of of medical offices are doing this now and people are expecting us to have the feature also.

Send out Birthday text messages

We were able to have birthday text messages in the past. Patients really enjoyed this. Alot of patients are not really using emails anymore and seem to use text alot more.
