we have a lot of complaining about Patient can't see there signature when they are signing Patient treatment and consent form we are doing our best to go green. please help us considering TOPAZ system it's the same like epad ll . thank you

ePads are the ABSOLUTE worst signature pad. I support about 100 offices using Dentrix and some of them are about to switch to Open Dental because of this exact issue. Do better Henry Schein. These are crap signature pads and you know it
Also, the ePadLink ePad's are horrible in Windows 10 or USB 3.0 ports which is the standard. Topaz products work and work well. Support must be added for the gold standard when it comes to signature pads.
