LIGHTHOUSE 360 WEEKLY SUMMARY EMAIL

I would like to track the "Recall one day past due texts" that are send out. I would like it to come on the weekly summary email I receive. I am on an old software; it is the only way I can track or manipulate my system to work with Lighthouse.

Delete more than one 2 way text at a time

It is very time consuming to individually delete each text. Especially when we receive the text notifications about appointment reminders.

Take Picture of Insurance Card in NP Form(Questionnaire)

This would make it so easy for NP registration if the new patient can just take a picture of their insurance card instead of typing it in. Lots of of medical offices are doing this now and people are expecting us to have the feature also.

It would be extremely helpful it you could integrate the asap list into the Hot List on patient engage. OR select patients from the ASAP list to add to patient engage hot list.

Supporting TOPAZ System

The Hub needs to update the cont. care that pt. has been notified of Recall.

Create fillable form to send to patients

Need a fillable form to be sent to patients for them to grant consent for us to request their dental records from previous dental office. Many patients no longer have access to a printer and are asking for a fillable form and a digital signature
