Copy and Paste option
Please add the copy/paste option for texting. This is a huge inconvenience when we want to send multiple patients a message. We should NOT have to make a template for everything!!!

Improve Comms
Please increase character limit for text. Multiple texts annoy and inconvenience patients. Please also create a schedule in which we can determine a timeframe for when email communications go out.
