Add frequencies and limitations to each procedure code under coverage table

In coverage table add another row for freq and limitations based on ADA codes-example: D1208 Freq -2x per cal year; Limitations- Up to age 19 D2740 1/60 months; Pan 1/5 yrs. etc, etc

Would like to see a Document Center icon in the "insurance notes" for quick access allowing the insurance notes to stay open. Right now, the insurance notes section has to be closed to access doc center.

Being able to have separate accounts for patients that have the same insurance account.

When an older child or divorced spouse have the same insurance account due to subscriber...you have to have the same family account. Need to be able to have the option to separate these patients and still have account with the subscriber/insurance...

Set Calendar Year Frequency Interval for Continuing Care

When setting the interval for a service, it calculates the next Due Date as a rolling day/week/month/year. A lot of insurances reset the benefits to Calendar year, so resetting the due date to Jan 1 should be an option for correct calculating.
