Change the order of adjustments in definitions

I want to be able to change the order of the adjustments in which they appear in the list. I called a dentirx technician who tried to do it but they said it is not possible.

Ability to create a carbon copy or dual bill divorced parents

It would be great to have an option to have a dual HOH or carbon copy selection in the case of divorced parents that want copies of statements for their kids.

Ability to differentiate anterior tooth #'s from posterior for different pricing
