This is would be useful because many practices have families that have been patients for 20+ years that have a zero family balance while individuals have a credit or debit balance. As long as there is no family balance many practices do not need to know if individuals within the family have a balance. It would be a choice per practice, just have the practice choose the option to balance the credit/debit per archive request.
