Track who processed credit card payment

I want to be able to see who processed a payment so I can tell who made the mistake.

mailed statements to match email statements which are better with details or patient portion

Patients are confused by paper statements. The email statement is better information of patient co pay

Change the order of adjustments in definitions

I want to be able to change the order of the adjustments in which they appear in the list. I called a dentirx technician who tried to do it but they said it is not possible.
