Have line item Statement sent appear in the ledger

Some patient's - " I never rec'd a statement" It is very clearly documented and tracked that they had.

Contact less credit card so that Patients don't give us Corona Virus at the front desk

We are working with World pay and Power pay to get us contact less payments to reduce the spread of the Virus. But apparently both these companies are claiming that it is not them that have to do anythign about it rather the Dentrix softare needs ...

Allocate credit balance from one patient to another on the same account.

If one patient has a credit balance we would like to transfer the credit to a patient that has a debit balance in 1 transaction.

Add a billing fee for each monthly bill genersted

If you want to charge a billing fee there is no way to do that,, you have to go to each patient manually and add it, if you have 200 bills that is unproductive

Ability to create a carbon copy or dual bill divorced parents

It would be great to have an option to have a dual HOH or carbon copy selection in the case of divorced parents that want copies of statements for their kids.
