Now that we have the functionality, we have not seemless way to trigger for all patients. It's unsustainable to expect front desk staff to manually check the permissions for each and every patient. This should be the opposite of what it is. Patients should have to opt out and this workflow could easily be resolved in the patient intake forms for both new patients and updates for existing patients.
