Unfiltered Documents

Be able to attach the documents from the unfiltered list instead of selecting the specific patient by having an option to look up the name while saving the file.

Adding documents to scanned items in Doc. Center

We suddenly cannot add to documents to existing scanned items in the Doc. Center. Did this just happen w/ the latest update?

Support modern 64bit scanners

it's very difficult to find a modern scanner with a 32bit driver, causing huge issues with Scanner compatibility with Document center. Why is anything Dentrix still 32bit when 32bit Operating systems are a long gone thing of the past?

ALERTS

Currently, Patient Engage puts documents in the patient's Doc Center, but does not ALERT anyone that this new document is in the patient's Doc Center and does not change their address, etc... automatically

Electronic signature to be printed

We are importing our HIPAA and financial policies to the Document Center and having pt sign electronically but there is no way to print the form with the signature in case it is needed for legal purposes.

Document center file folders closed

Can the document center folders be closed and not expanded when doc. center is opened? Some patients have a lot of information and it makes a long list that could be closed and only open the one needed

Only keep Insurance eligibility information that populates to Doc Center for a set time

When using Eligibility Essentials or Pro, the Eligibility populates directly to the doc center each time a patient has an appointment. If they have multiple appointments, it still populates even if no changes. I believe this will cause a huge stor...
