retrieve deleted item

after multiple items are scanned into one folder of the document center and you wish to deleted one, the entire multi page document is deleted. 1- be able to delete one page instead of the whole document 2-be able to retrieve a deleted document

Purging items in Document Center by Document Types

Because we are recommended to keep certain files for a certain amount of years, this should be an option. The files in the document center are taking up too much space after 7+ years and counting. Cleaning it up would make it so much easier for us...

Add the ability to retrieve documents that have been deleted from the document center

If a document has accidentally been deleted from the document center, it would be helpful to know where that document goes and have the ability to retrieve it

Add a report for all documents scanned on a specific day - in the event something was scanned to the wrong pt doc center

In the event something was accidentally scanned to the wrong pt doc center, a report would allow you to locate that document without slaving through every individual pt for that day.
